Memory and Browser Tabs

Busy people often open a lot of web page tabs on their browser.  This can boost productivity as you can swap back and forth, but it will use up active memory (RAM). If your computer has a lot of RAM, you might not notice any slowdowns, but if you have less than 8 gigs of RAM, a couple dozen open tabs, along with open documents, photos, music, videos and more will rob your computer of the breathing room it needs to work properly.

The solutions are either closing tabs and programs, to add RAM if possible, or to get a new computer.
